Bio
The aquatic form of Vexkin. This clan has two forms, the freshwater, and tropic. They each occupy their own bodies of water, yet they inhabit close territories, claiming rivers going out to the shores. Freshwater Fins mimic fish in rivers or lakes and tropic Fins of oceanic fish. Their colours also resemble the fish in their habitat.
This clan is almost constantly in the water, they love to play water games and are expert fishermen, making them the go to fishmongers among the other clans.
This clan makes overwater huts to house their tight knit communities. Their markets are located on the shores and are open to anyone looking to buy fresh fish daily. Freshwater Fins often haul their catches to the markets for business as it is a very busy place.
The Fins aren't just good fishermen, they also hold water games every year. The Tropics hold races and set up different courses underwater for the fastest and most maneuverable, while the freshwaters have their games in the cold months when the lakes and rivers freeze over. Their games are far more dangerous. Consisting of deep diving for artifacts in the central depths under a frozen lake, this is a very deadly form of entertainment. As well as a belly sliding race all the way through the Northern gorge to the sea. Avalanches are popular in this area making it more challenging. These dangerously obscure games are one of the highest forms of entertainment in Valen and are popular amongst other clans to come and watch.
